Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You deserve to know how Highlightsmoney Mold Help works and how it earns money. This disclosure lays out our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Contractor

Highlightsmoney Mold Help is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent mold inspection, testing and remediation providers. We do not carry out mold inspections, sampling, lab testing, removal, cleaning, repairs or any related work.

When you phone the number on this website or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Earn Money

Providers or marketing partners may pay Highlightsmoney Mold Help for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not raise or lower what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Highlightsmoney Mold Help. Each one is solely responsible for:

• Its estimates, prices and terms
• The quality and timing of its work, including any test results
• Its licenses, insurance, training and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on who is taking part in our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. You are welcome to ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you choose.

Call Recording

Calls made through this website may be tracked and, at times, recorded for quality, verification and billing.
